Super cool idea Food Insurance! I love the idea of having a preparedness kit a work, that’s something I’ve never though of before, but there is certainly a high possibility that is where I’d be if we experienced an earthquake or something else.
Does the pack have a sternum strap?

I think a fire evacuation kit would also be a good idea. Having lots of water and fire-proof equipment is definitely helpful!
Alyssa,
That’s a great suggestion, thanks!
Can you store the preparedness kit in a car or truck? My son travels in his car for work and I would like for him to have a kit in case he is away from home during a disaster.

Great question Audrey,
You can certainly keep a preparedness kit in the trunk of a car, but keep in mind that the food needs to be stored at or below 72 degrees to achieve the full shelf-life.
The preparedness supplies will be fine.
